Jessica joined Healthcare Academy in November 2022, initially working behind the scenes to manage CE accreditations and assist in course planning and development. Since then, her role has expanded to include direct engagement with our valued customers—bringing her clinical expertise to the forefront.
In her current position, Jessica is a trusted resource for healthcare organizations seeking clarity on federal and state regulations, guidance on selecting courses tailored to staff needs, and answers to content-related questions. She also partners with customers to analyze educational compliance rates, helping implement best practices that enhance learning outcomes.
Jessica believes high-quality education delivered in an engaging format can directly improve the operation of healthcare teams and ultimately the clinical outcomes and experiences of the individuals they provide care to.
