October 2018 marked yet another revision of the MDS 3.0 Assessment and this one was big! Healthcare Academy’s MDS 3.0 Certificate Program has been revised to reflect these changes.
HCA’s MDS 3.0 Curriculum has developed in conjunction with industry thought leaders as a tool for effective interdisciplinary team training. It is designed to help learners understand information about planning for care, coding tips, special populations, and steps for assessments.
Learners will practice their skills using a case study to code every element of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI).
